LONG REVIEW*** I initially had mixed feelings about the service department here, but I can say that they actually tried really hard to help me. I had a complicated warranty case ( 19’ TRD pro). The 3rd mem service department here, but I can say that they actually tried really hard to help me. I had a complicated warranty case ( 19’ TRD pro). The 3rd member ( rear diff) failed prematurely @58k miles. I was initially told that it was due to “heavy modifications” but I disagreed with that and pushed hard to get a second look at the case since their initial response made no technical sense to me( and I am a mechanically inclined person). Their communication at times could be better if I can criticize something, it’s almost like they are waiting for you to reach out and inquire about your vehicle, but once you are past that, they do go to battle for you. I want to give a specific shout-out to Samantha, the service person that had to deal with my many emails and phone calls related to my issue. Overall, I would say they did a good job, Samantha did a great job and James Pak the service manager did a good job. I would certainly service my vehicle here if necessary and will be taking it for regular service. Samantha, thank you for your help, I truly appreciate your dedication to your customers. More

Had car serviced at 7am, was greeted right when I pulled into the garage. Ms. Soto checked me in, and had me out in good timing.
