I came in for oil change tire rotation and balance as well as anything else needed. Nothing else was needed. When I left the front end was visibly shaking much worse than it was when I brought it in. I brought it back up and told David about it, but I was gonna have to wait in line for hours and I wasn’t able to. I’m moving from that area at the moment. I bought my RAV 4 In for repairs on a Friday. I was promised to have it ready by Monday. My car was ready by Saturday two days before. I forgot to ask David Sutherland to please check my radio b I was promised to have it ready by Monday. My car was ready by Saturday two days before. I forgot to ask David Sutherland to please check my radio because it was not working. When he gave me the car to take home I remembered and I asked him to please check it. I expected to wait one or two hours. He checked the car radio, it had a bad fuse. He replaced it and returned the car within 10 minutes. I was very surprised and impressed that David Sutherland was able to do that so quickly and so efficiently. The car and the radio have been working very well. More
