Arrived early and was greeted promptly by a service rep, who took my information and directed me to the customer lounge, and told me that I would be kept apprised of the service on my truck. While waiting Paul Kim met with me to advise me that there was a recall notice on my truck and that they would take care of it while they serviced the truck. Paul kept me apprised of everything the entire time I was there. He even let me know about the recall notice on my wife's Rav4 and what the notice pertained to. Paul got me out of there in a record time of 2 hours, which for Toyota is impossible. More

Had a dying 12V battery in our Prius and couldn't seem to find one and also needed an oil change and leaky tire looked at. Took it here for the first time and they provided excellent service.
