I arrived about 25 minutes early for my appointment at 2:00 PM. I was courteously greeted & shown into your new service desk area. I was impressed by the change since my last visit. After waiting a few minutes behind the customer in front of me I was invited to the desk of Chris Riichte. While he went to get the info from my Avalon I chatted with the other Service Advisor. Both were very friendly & Professional. Mr. Ritchte explained what all was involved with a 60,000 mile checkup & how long it would take & directed me to the lounge area. My only disappointment was the removal of the free coffee machines but I blamed that on covid. More
