I arrived about 25 minutes early for my appointment at 2:00 PM. I was courteously greeted & shown into your new service desk area. I was impressed by the change since my last visit. After waiting a few minutes behind the customer in front of me I was invited to the desk of Chris Riichte. While he went to get the info from my Avalon I chatted with the other Service Advisor. Both were very friendly & Professional. Mr. Ritchte explained what all was involved with a 60,000 mile checkup & how long it would take & directed me to the lounge area. My only disappointment was the removal of the free coffee machines but I blamed that on covid. More

AutoNation has a great staffs and the customer service they provide was really so satisfying... Mr.Andres Delgado was the guy who helped us through the entire process... He answered all our questions in a friendly manner and considered all the needs we asked which made our deal went smooth and great. The finance manager was also very friendly and kind.. He guided us through the good plans we needed for our vehicle protection too... Finally we were so happy with the purchase of our highlander.. would really appreciate their customer service and highly recommend this delarship for anyone who purchases a vehicle...👍 More
