This was a pleasant experience from start to finish. We worked out the details of the deal (including sale price and trade in value) via text/phone on a Sunday afternoon and scheduled to come to the dea We worked out the details of the deal (including sale price and trade in value) via text/phone on a Sunday afternoon and scheduled to come to the dealership the following day. Upon arrival and final inspection of our trade in and a test drive of the new vehicle, we signed paperwork and were on our way. We were in and out of the dealership in about an hour-ish. Marquis was a fantastic salesman and we appreciated the "no BS" negotiation style before settling on a deal. Inside the dealership, we were lead to a desk to wait for the paperwork to be drawn up and offered coffee. I believe the gentleman's name who we signed paperwork with was Luis, he was very personable and was not pushy with the dealership "extras". Overall: smoothest car buying experience we've ever had...thanks again Marquis. We will certainly be back should we ever want/need another Toyota! More
