I was disappointed to hear that when we checked in on time for our appointment that we were asked to wait for an hour and a half. The Dealer stays on top of my service appointments and my service needs which i do appreciate . There have been times when I was so caught up in my day to day responsibilities that I would forget its time to service needs which i do appreciate . There have been times when I was so caught up in my day to day responsibilities that I would forget its time to have my car serviced but they stay on top of reminding me so I can hold on to my warranty and my car!
