Ken Brannigan did his usual excellent job in getting my daughter's car repaired when she was here recently on a visit from Florida. He went out of his way to get her car repaired so she could get home when daughter's car repaired when she was here recently on a visit from Florida. He has always done an outstanding job in scheduling and getting needed service and repairs done in a timely and satisfactory manner for me. More
Shannon is the best &most honest customer service rep that you have. She did not try to talk me into services I don't need. In the past my service maintenance has been done up to 20,000 miles sooner tha that you have. She did not try to talk me into services I don't need. In the past my service maintenance has been done up to 20,000 miles sooner than it should have been. The last person tried to talk me into 90,000 mile service for $1200.00 which some has already been done. Shannon is the only reason I continue to come to Toyota for my services. More
