Manager Travis kept trying to add a $599 window tint fee on a used vehicle that had clearly been on the vehicle for a while with scratches and peeling. There was a miscommunication on the service and did a service I thought I said no to but he was referring to something else. Price was high and you didn’t offer any coupons that you send to me by email a service I thought I said no to but he was referring to something else. Price was high and you didn’t offer any coupons that you send to me by email and mail and should’ve been in my account automatically. I had to ask for it and wouldn’t have received it if I didn’t ask and many people do not so I feel they are being manipulative and took advantage of me because of my gender. Also my car had all these black smudges and looked like they took the car for a ride through the mud. Will not bring it back there unless I absolutely have to. More

Went in for the fuel pump recall AND the 2 year warranty work. Kenneth was very nice and listened as I explained 2 problems, went right to the car and checked it out. He called the shuttle driver for me, Ch work. Kenneth was very nice and listened as I explained 2 problems, went right to the car and checked it out. He called the shuttle driver for me, Charles was there in 5 minutes, and I was home in 10! Service there has always been great, but seems to be even better now! I have always been very satisfied with the service and extremely happy with the personnel. Renovation moving along, everything seems bright and clean. Have gone there for 17 years, and have always been pleased with their dealership. More
