My interaction began online with Ethan. He was very helpful and informative. He followed up and answered all questions. Upon arrival at the dealer, he greeted us warmly and was prepared with car keys i helpful and informative. He followed up and answered all questions. When he didn’t know an answer, he asked and found it. Once we decided on the vehicle, TC came in and made the financial portion of the deal very smooth.
