Our last experience of the day at the Toyota dealership left us was the worst! Sales person Kevin was good. Then we had almost decided on the Rav4 wectest drove. However, once the "Sales manager" Bill Beckstrand came out not once but 3 times and we said we were tired and wanted to go home and think about it HE got frustrated. When we finally got our keys back to my car another manager came after us and "apologized" and instead of letting us go..still tried to get us to come back again...NOPE..went right back to the Ford dealership and ended up having a great experience and drove away with a new car! Would never recommend the Toyota dealership to anyone I know. More

The 2 vehicles we hit firm pricing on and that we drove over 2 hours to see and take one home were not the quoted price but $4000 plus over the quoted price even with getting Tony the sales manager involved. Bait & switch I went there to buy a RAV4 XLE for my daughter. A guy by the name of Bill is some sort of a Manager. He is just rude and not customer friendly at all. Offer a price on the internet and tag on 3K to 4K for added features on the vehicle you don't want. This dealership is a bunch of xxxxx and should be driven out of business. Complete lack of transparency. I'd rather get a root canal done without anesthesia than shop at this agency. RAV4 is a good vehicle but consider a Nissan Rogue. You'll save a bundle and get more features. More

TERRIBLE ON-GOING EXPERIENCE I have had a HORRIBLE recent experience with this company! I purchased a car here mid-March. Not only did they NOT ever send me my car title, but they I have had a HORRIBLE recent experience with this company! I purchased a car here mid-March. Not only did they NOT ever send me my car title, but they failed to register it in the state that I needed them to register it to (North Carolina). I live in North Carolina and have been reaching out to this company (sales associates, general receptionist, finance department, THE MANAGER, and others) for over TWO WEEKS- and no one has returned my calls and messages. My temporary license is now expired and am unable to get a license plate in NC because of the mistakes that they have made. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever interacted with and am furious with their service. I will now have to DRIVE ALL THE WAY DOWN THERE in order to get this issue resolved, as no one is returning my messages or answering calls. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. More
Damaged from Wreck.. I have a 2016 Toyota Camry. I worked with Chris R. The service advisor. My car was in shop 6 days. I was told my car is driving just fine. Long story I have a 2016 Toyota Camry. I still hear the noise I heard due to accident and he heard it himself yet told me to come back in a week. After I had to miss some of my workday to chase a check so that the tech could get paid. He stated this was last day of pay period and I really needed to come up there today, 3/15/19. Also while picking up car Chris asked if I check my voicemail on my phone. I was like no. I never do. He said whatever you do if you have one just delete it. I was like um ok. He said that when he and I were on phone and I was explaining how I have been screwed by another shop about my damages to my car and all that his wife could hear me. He said he was just venting and that not to take it personally. I kinda laughed it off. At 8:40 PM on 3/15 I check the voicemail.. Not knowing the voicemail was talking about me!!!! Ken the tech and Chris were talking about how they feel for the other shop, talked about how his wife could hear him talking to me and that they feel sorry for my boyfriend! I then text Chris letting him know that voicemail isnt cool ! He did try to call and text saying sorry. I did advise I will be at Toyota... Oh and my alignment was so messed up the tech made such a big deal about it when I put in shop they printed it out! When paying my $500 deductible I asked for alignment, they "um don't have it!" Little sketchy since it was such a big deal!! Tires that I had to chase down to get from another shop were supposed to go on back. But are on front and told no big deal!! Chris and I drove around in my car because I heard the noise in my steering again and so did he. He said next Saturday would be a great time to come back!! Haha really just paid for something not fixed. I'd be aware of this place. I'm extremely disappointed!!! I have filed complaint with statefarm over this.. I'm still not done because this dealership needs to make it right. I'm scared to have my car back in there... More

Now that I have refinanced I am getting the run around trying to get my GAP policy refund and have been on hold for over an hour (3 calls total - they disconnected the call while I was on hold the first two times) They never have anyone available to speak to you when there are issues but they have no problem spamming my email and calling me trying to get me to buy another car from them. More

I was helped by an employee named Simeon Collins who sold me a wonderful car in a very professional manner. He was extremely detailed and clear on the details and features of the Toyota Highlander. He was a friendly and business-like man who made the process of purchasing a car, an enjoyable task because of his wonderful customer service. Simeon Collins worked very hard to satisfy our needs and help us through the whole process. He made it a very smooth and enjoyable procedure. Simeon was very open to help us with the price that would fit our budget. It was a wonderful experience and I hope to make another deal in the future with this business man. I will always refer this man out to others in need of a car. More

I was in a bad situation. When I say bad it was real bad I had a blown engine that I still owed 9k on and my credit was not great . But Jon Sinsel and his GM Younes Bougrine did a miracle and helped me out tremendously. I now have a brand new car and same payments as I was paying. I’m forever greatful for Jon and his GM as to other dealerships told me no over and over again. If you looking for a car I highly recommend you to ask for Jon Sinsel hands down the best.
