I really appreciated Michael sticking to my preferred method of contact. Many other dealers called me by phone and missed out because of it. Michael made himself immediately available in order for me to come in for a test drive. This was wonderful for me because due to my travels I had very limited time to test drive vehicles. I told him I would be test driving several different makes and models before I would be making a final decision. I told him that if I chose to buy a Toyota that I would most certainly buy it from him as long as he had the right price. He let me know that they would match their competitors reasonable prices. Michael gave me several days to get all of my test drives out of the way before contacting me again. I cannot express how much I appreciate his patience in letting me choose which vehicle I wanted to purchase. When I decided I did in fact want to go with a 2013 Toyota Corolla I asked Michael if he could get the price down just a little lower and he did! I went in that very day and drove my new car directly off of the lot. I was able to get the monthly payment that I wanted without any hassle whatsoever. I did lots of research and believe that I got a very fair price. Andree in finance was also wonderful, he explained in great detail all of my options as far as warranties and extended warranties would go and never pressured me once. For a young woman that did most of the shopping and negotiating by myself I really felt like they treated me wonderfully and equally and never once felt like I was being taken advantage of. Some of the other dealerships I visited were very forceful and tried to keep me there until I would agree to by a car, it was awful. I am so thankful that had such a good experience at Autonation and now know that it is not the same everywhere. I would highly recommend this dealership to others and I even asked Michael for extra business cards because he did such a great job. More

Our neighbor steered us to David Ayers, Internet Sales at Team Toyota Mall of Georgia. We had already identified the make, model and color, but not the trim package. Ended up getting a Toyota Highlander Li Team Toyota Mall of Georgia. We had already identified the make, model and color, but not the trim package. Ended up getting a Toyota Highlander Limited, totally loaded. Had researched the price extensively. Team Toyota's pricing was very fair. They also paid us a very fair price for our ten-year-old Nissan Quest, which had considerable deferred maintenance. David was very friendly, helpful and cooperative. My wife and I do not exactly enjoy car shopping, but David Ayers and Team Toyota/AutoNation made the purchase and the trade-in rather stress-free. Dealer and state Department of Revenue are still processing the 6.5% tag registration fee. Hopefully, that will be completed without any delays or hitches. More

Took 2 people to buy brand new cars from this dealership back in August, and was promised 2 refferals of $100 each. Never got them. When I went there to get my oil changed, they told me that the salesman is back in August, and was promised 2 refferals of $100 each. Never got them. Went looking for a 2013 Corolla with the power driver seat option(code PTAT) and was told by 2 other Toyota dealers no such car existed. One went so far as to say there was not one to be found "in the e seat option(code PTAT) and was told by 2 other Toyota dealers no such car existed. One went so far as to say there was not one to be found "in the entire world" and the first tried to charge me 20K for the car once I helped him find it, and then used the "rarity" factor of the heretofore, unknown car, as the reason for the 20K price tag. Then I went to Team Toyota and John Duran not only helped me lasso the "unicorn" but also guided me along the path for getting it saddled up and it is now resting in my garage, quietly munching on the "pot of gold" found at the proverbial end of the rainbow which apparently ends at my garage! Thanks to John the 'unicorn whisperer", the finance department for providing the saddle at 0%, Leslie, provided the care and feed schedule, and Karen for assembling this great team of Unicorn Wranglers at Team Toyota! Buying our new Toyota Camry hybrid from Team Toyota was a nice experience. I went back three times trying to make a decision. Once I made up my mind to buy the car and we came to an agreement on the price and trade-in, it was not long before the paper work was finished. Since I am a previous New Toyota owner I got great financing from Toyota. The hybrid system as well as the new audio system were explained along with the rest of the bells and whistles. Dave even programed our cell phone for Blue Tooth. It wasnt long before I was driving away in my sparkling new car. I am still on the complimentary tank of Gas and the computer says the car is getting 40 miles to the gallon. The mileage along with the quiet cabin and good ride has convinced me that I made the best decision. Also I cannot forget the great appearance and engineering of the car. Team Toyota is an additional plus in my buying experience. More
