On 8/4/2023, my wife took her 2023 Tundra for a scheduled service. Upon arrival, she was asked to speak to Dianelis Lindarte, service advisor. My wife walked to the counter and asked Lindarte for assistance service. Upon arrival, she was asked to speak to Dianelis Lindarte, service advisor. My wife walked to the counter and asked Lindarte for assistance with the service. LIndarte looked at my wife and told her that she did not have time to help her and walked away from her desk. Lindarte was very rude and unprofessional and left a very poor impression of the kind of service my wife expected. Then, my wife asked to speak with a manager and no one responded to her concerns. Lindarte did not return to her desk and my wife was not provided the kind of customer service she expected. My wife needed to have a bi-lingual employee to assist her with the service visit and instead, she felt frustrated and discriminated by Lindarte. More
