We went in after finding our 3 year old Colorado kept having issues! Our military son said “get a Toyota, it’s a better built vehicle so we did! After having a not very pleasant experience a few weeks ago, I received a call from the service department; they apologized on behalf of the dealer and they rescheduled my vehicle for service this past Sat ago, I received a call from the service department; they apologized on behalf of the dealer and they rescheduled my vehicle for service this past Saturday, March 21. The service advisor that checked us in was Super nice and Super friendly. I wish I'd gotten his name, but he sits in the far right corner. They were also on time with my vehicle. I was kept updated on the progress and didn't have to wait too long to be checked out. Now THAT was the level of care and customer service we are used to receiving at Autonation Toyota. Thank you!
