After having a not very pleasant experience a few weeks ago, I received a call from the service department; they apologized on behalf of the dealer and they rescheduled my vehicle for service this past Sat ago, I received a call from the service department; they apologized on behalf of the dealer and they rescheduled my vehicle for service this past Saturday, March 21. The service advisor that checked us in was Super nice and Super friendly. I wish I'd gotten his name, but he sits in the far right corner. They were also on time with my vehicle. I was kept updated on the progress and didn't have to wait too long to be checked out. Now THAT was the level of care and customer service we are used to receiving at Autonation Toyota. Thank you! Nice people. I have noticed in place it is dirty like the leather on the prndl gear shifter is dirty and dirty and you wouldn’t have seen it if you put it in drive but behind the steering wheel I had noticed nasty gunk and this was a week after so I didn’t do anything to the car it was just me noticing things and I understand it is used but if your selling a car at basically full price then I would like my car clean and maybe tell me my car has scratches on it and the break pads are really bad and my windshield wiper make a really loud and annoying wiping noise which means they are most likely bad but I love my car. More
