¡No confíes tu dinero con estas personas READ BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE HERE! It is with great frustration and anger that I share my terrible experience once again with the staff at Autonation Toyota. This is my second review since purchasing the car. A few months ago, I bought a Corolla at this establishment, and my experience was the worst of all. Throughout over 4 exhaustive hours of negotiation, the individuals involved - Ralph, Frantz, and the supposed manager who boasted about his previous stint at Volkswagen and claimed to be fluent in French (I can't remember his name) - promised me a free oil change warranty to 100,000 miles! And guess what? TODAY, AFTER MORE THAN 6 MONTHS, I WENT TO CHANGE THE OIL. MY CAR HAS 30,000 MILES AND GUESS WHAT? I HAD TO PAY BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE ANY FREE OIL CHANGES UNTIL 100,000 MILES. It was just another lie... But the atrocities don't stop there. Upon inspecting the contract provided by Frantz more closely, I discovered that I inadvertently signed for nearly $3,000 worth of services that I DID NOT request! Unfortunately, I completely placed my blind trust in the words of these three employees and failed to read the contract carefully before signing it. To make matters worse, they charged me over $500 for three cell phone chargers that could easily be purchased for $10 on Amazon! It is quite clear that these individuals have fully embraced dishonesty as a way of life and have no scruples about deceiving and cheating customers. I implore all of you who are reading this post to absolutely avoid this company. Do not fall into their trap! These despicable creatures do not deserve anyone's trust. Frantz and Ralph, it was a huge displeasure to meet both of you. ¡¡LEER ANTES DE REALIZAR UNA COMPRA AQUÍ!! Con gran frustración y enojo, comparto una vez más mi terrible experiencia con el personal de Autonation Toyota. Esta es mi segunda reseña desde la compra del carro. Hace unos meses, compré un Corolla en este establecimiento, y mi experiencia fue la peor de todas. A lo largo de más de 4 agotadoras horas de negociación, las personas involucradas - Ralph, Frantz y el supuesto gerente que alardeaba de su experiencia previa en Volkswagen y afirmaba ser fluido en francés (no recuerdo su nombre) - me prometieron una garantía de cambio de aceite gratuita hasta las 100,000 millas. ¡Y adivina qué! HOY, DESPUÉS DE MÁS DE 6 MESES, FUI A CAMBIAR EL ACEITE. MI AUTO TIENE 30,000 MILLAS ¡Y ADIVINA QUÉ! TUVE QUE PAGAR PORQUE NO TENGO NINGÚN CAMBIO DE ACEITE GRATUITO HASTA LAS 100,000 MILLAS. Fue otra mentira... Pero las atrocidades no terminan ahí. Al inspeccionar más detenidamente el contrato proporcionado por Frantz, descubrí que había firmado inadvertidamente servicios por casi $3,000 que NO solicité. Lamentablemente, deposité por completo mi confianza ciega en las palabras de estos tres empleados y no leí cuidadosamente el contrato antes de firmarlo. Para empeorar las cosas, me cobraron más de $500 por tres cargadores de teléfono celular que podrían ser fácilmente adquiridos por $10 en Amazon. Es bastante claro que estas personas han abrazado por completo la deshonestidad como modo de vida y no tienen escrúpulos para engañar y estafar a los clientes. Imploro a todos ustedes que están leyendo esta publicación que eviten absolutamente esta empresa. ¡No caigan en su trampa! Estas criaturas despreciables no merecen la confianza de nadie. Frantz y Ralph, fue un enorme desagrado conocer a ambos.
