I had found my 2019 vehicle on line but when I showed it to the salesperson, they tried to sell the vehicle to me for $8000 more. They then claimed that they hadn’t seen what I showed them. I did end up it to the salesperson, they tried to sell the vehicle to me for $8000 more. They then claimed that they hadn’t seen what I showed them. I did end up paying the advertised price in the end after a few more misunderstandings. I drive up there now for the excellent service I get from Shannon Wread who had been my representative at Stone Mountain Toyota for a very long time. I have been well pleased with the service team and their concerns for my 2019 vehicle and will continue making the long drive for service and repairs as a result. I also enjoyed a wonderful experience with Charles in being shuttled. He was able to both drop me off and pick me up from a restaurant so I could eat comfortably while I waited for my service to be completed. More
