I’ve purchased several Toyota vehicles from this dealership over the years and have always had positive experiences. Unfortunately, since the acquisition by AutoNation, it feels like the customer se dealership over the years and have always had positive experiences. Unfortunately, since the acquisition by AutoNation, it feels like the customer service and overall culture have changed. The sales associates I worked with came across as dismissive and uninterested, and members of management who had worked with me on numerous purchases in the past didn’t seem interested in speaking with me or even acknowledging that I was there. As a repeat customer with both personal and commercial business, that was disappointing. Because of the experience, I decided to shop elsewhere and ultimately purchased my vehicle from Jim Ellis Toyota of McDonough. Based on how I was treated, I’ll also be looking at moving several of my company’s commercial vehicle purchases there as well. Loyal customers notice when the level of service changes. I hope the dealership takes this feedback seriously because this used to be a place I was happy to recommend. More

The service professionals were polite and engaged, and I realize by getting there early, I can save a couple of hours, as they are always crowded later in the morning. I was given a complimentary oil change, and they provided me a link to the video inspection of the vehicle. The mechanic said my filters were good, may need changing next service, tire ware was even and ple me a link to the video inspection of the vehicle. The mechanic said my filters were good, may need changing next service, tire ware was even and plenty of tread left and overall, in good condition. Then I received a text stating I that there were several items that needed immediate attention, filter change, alignment, power steering fluid flush and additional, approximately $1100 worth of "immediate attention" items that the mechanic in the video said were in good shape. I would give 2 stars but I received a free oil change. More
