Bought 2022 Toyota Rav 4 & gas mileage is not what they are advertising and brought up to the service personal and they said everything looks ok. And it’s Not. And talked Service Director and wile talking are advertising and brought up to the service personal and they said everything looks ok. And it’s Not. Gave me wrong instructions on Milage and how to measure and bring him evidence than only they can check. So bad filling he gave me. More

Two different service advisors on two different occasions attempted to sell unneeded and unnecessary major high cost repairs. I recognize that Dealers pressure service advisors to upsell, but there is a maj attempted to sell unneeded and unnecessary major high cost repairs. I recognize that Dealers pressure service advisors to upsell, but there is a major difference between quoting what is needed, and attempting to sell additional services vs recommending major work that is unnecessary at high cost. Honesty and trust are key here. The conflict of interest presented with service advisors on commission may be too big a temptation for some advisors. I would hope that this conduct is not supported from the top down. My experience with this Dealer's service center is graded F so far. More
