Mr Raymand found and ordered the exact car I wanted. ..and delivery went smooth...the buying process was thru text and email..easiest car buying experience I could imagine...even my trade in evaluation w ..and delivery went smooth...the buying process was thru text and email..easiest car buying experience I could imagine...even my trade in evaluation was effortless...I never left my living room couch...When my car came in it I was ready to drive out the door of the dealership within minutes of my arrival..He also got me the best financing ..can't say I have ever enjoyed a car buying experience more but this was exceptional...so I plan on doing this again with AutoNation of Pinellas Park. Two different service advisors on two different occasions attempted to sell unneeded and unnecessary major high cost repairs. I recognize that Dealers pressure service advisors to upsell, but there is a maj attempted to sell unneeded and unnecessary major high cost repairs. I recognize that Dealers pressure service advisors to upsell, but there is a major difference between quoting what is needed, and attempting to sell additional services vs recommending major work that is unnecessary at high cost. Honesty and trust are key here. The conflict of interest presented with service advisors on commission may be too big a temptation for some advisors. I would hope that this conduct is not supported from the top down. My experience with this Dealer's service center is graded F so far. More

Other valet was too aggressive and kept asking me to sell my car after I said no. Very stressful when you’ve already let five people know who texted me I wasn’t interested.
