My experience with the service center was excellent with my latest visit. Art Gomez is the best. I have been seeing Art for maintenance on all of my vehicles for over 10 years. August 1, 2022, I had an appointment for routine 5k service. The customer lounge in the service area is sub-standard at best; from the furniture to the lack of complimentary snacks and beverages. The doors were open and large fans were blowing hot air from outside the building. My biggest complaint here is that I wasn’t informed at drop off that the AC was out. I would have been nice to get an explanation and apology for this inconvenience. Not to mention, they could have provided cold bottles of water in the lounge, but there were none. While the service technician had me in and out in just over an hour, the rest of my customer experience was truly disappointing. More
I’m sure it is challenging to run a large dealership with 100% efficiency. I have done business with them multiple times over the last several years.
