I’ve had 2 interactions with Autonation Toyota in S. Austin. First was buying and 2nd was a service appointment. Neither was exceptionally good or bad. In June/July 2022, hybrid vehicles are scarce and RAV4’s are more scarce. However, the sales rep found one in Houston. It was way overpriced, but I needed a car. Purchasing process was excruciatingly slow. Car buying is still a ugly process and exacerbated by a host of political and socioeconomic issues. The service appointment made me feel better about the AN dealership. Maybe I got lucky and got a service person who is genuinely interested in providing a quality service experience. I’ll go back to this dealership for future service requirements. Would I buy a car from AN Toyota, only if there’s no other option. More

I made an appointment to service and get an inspection on my corolla hybrid. I dropped it off at 7:30 and got it back around 2 hours later. The young man was very polite, made sure i knew how to find him. Wa my corolla hybrid. I dropped it off at 7:30 and got it back around 2 hours later. Altogether it was an easier painless way to get my inspection done. I highly recommend going to Auto Nation Toyota South Austin. If I get outta there in under 3 hours, it’s a miracle. Under 1 ½ hrs if for basic oil change and tire rotation. It took 2 months to get the parts needed to repair. After they repaired it, 2 months later my engine coolant cap mysteriously shook lose and coolant spilled out. It took 2 four hour visits to replace the cap. Well, they also did my state inspection and service maintenance on the 2nd day. It’s still under warranty, thankfully, so what are you gonna do? More
