I don't think that it is necessary at this point. The vehicle was received and appears to meet my expectations. The feedback provided was more to help make the dealer aware of issues that I experienced with my purchase and hopefully make changes to their operations to better serve future potential buyers.

I also discovered they ran a credit check even though I was paying cash. Now my credit score took a hit. I have tried to call but can't get through to a person, only an endless loop of pushing buttons. Customer service really needs an overhaul here!
