Would recommend getting an appointment set before going because they complete your service much quicker that way! Other than that, the customer service overall is great, and the management has been pretty because they complete your service much quicker that way! Other than that, the customer service overall is great, and the management has been pretty awesome from my experience. Remember to be flexible as possible with the staff, especially if you didn’t make an appointment. They are working hard in the heat and they will get your car serviced if you treat them with respect & not like a servant 😉 BE NICE! That is all. More

Service policies changed. Seems like new policy is to determine how many extra service items can I add to what was requested, which was a 6t0K check up. Was indicated that they no longer do what is in the manual. Had a 7:15 appointment, and it took 5 hours, way too long, as agreed extra items would take only 45 minutes. More

I was told by Josh that he would ask to have my car rushed through. Three hours later, it still wasn’t finished. This repair was needed because after a tire rotation my tires were imbalanced so they ne rushed through. Three hours later, it still wasn’t finished. This repair was needed because after a tire rotation my tires were imbalanced so they needed to fix it. All they had to do was tell me to leave my car and they could call me when ready. Make sure you have hours to waste when you bring your car here! More
