I was very upset to find out the sale manager changed the sale agreement I have signed. We agreed on the prices and finance they Toyota based on the current offered. He wanted to charged me at the rate of 7.99 instead of 2.75%. Very unethical and unprofessional of what he did. We had a shouting incident and he offered 3.75 wasn’t the same as Toyota offered for tier one credit customer. My credit rating is >830. He ended squeezing me out for more money and it wasn’t unti the finance guy (Angel) helped to lower my rate. He was the one who noticed something wasn’t right on my rate as well for a almost perfect credit person. In the end, I was able to leave the lot with my Tundra but with a very bitter experienced. Definitely will not return back to this dealer. Very shady deals! I do hope someone will address this kind of unethical dealing with David Martinez the sale manager. More

The rack and pinion steering went out in my 2020 4Runner. It took 2 months for them to track down the parts needed to replace it. The agent, Jared, was very nice, but unorganized. On the day I brought the SUV in to be checked out, I got there at 7am and waited 4 hours for him to inform me of the problem. It probably would have been longer if I hadn’t asked him for an update. They kindly loaned me a car for the two month wait. When I’ve gone in for the regular service maintenance, they don’t perform all the required services. Tires haven’t been rotated and fluids not topped off which leads me to believe they don’t do a fluid check. I can only hope they have been changing the oil and filters. I’ll continue to go here for the last Service maintenance, but will probably go elsewhere when the car is no longer covered by the service agreement. More
