Jared Jones lacks communication. Waited on an oil change for 6 hours. After 3 hours of waiting, I approached him because he never even told me what needed to be done on the car. After he quoted me one price, he listed me a whole different price (double than what he told me) at checkout. Seriously will take my business elsewhere! More

The wait is insane. ..you'd think when you are just coming in to pick up a vehicle and pay cash for it, it would take a minute. Always a good time at AutoNation Toyota in South Austin. They treat me well and take care of my car. They do suggest the good service tips but they are never too pushy about it so I can make my decision on They treat me well and take care of my car.
