Went in for a oil and tire rotation. Mr. Rodriguez, was able to get me the full synthetic oil. My paper work from when I bought the 2021 1500 Rebel showed conventional oil only. I have been going to Autonation for service for years and with many different Toyota vehicles. My last service appointment went well but when I picked up the vehicle when it was finished right at closing ti with many different Toyota vehicles. My last service appointment went well but when I picked up the vehicle when it was finished right at closing time, the service manager tried to go over the multi-point inspection with me only to discover that the inspection never actually happened. Pretty disappointing to have to take his word that it was completed and all was good when there was not a single mark on the form. More

The service that I received from Jarod was exceptional. I had an extensive amount of work done i.e. Transmission flush, coolant change , brake fluid change, engine oil and filter and it was all done with I had an extensive amount of work done i.e. Transmission flush, coolant change , brake fluid change, engine oil and filter and it was all done with a friendly, caring perspective.
