Really disappointed in my last service - first of all, give me a clue that Fridays are a big day, so can choose to schedule for another day. When I picked up my car, there were greasy finger-prints all o give me a clue that Fridays are a big day, so can choose to schedule for another day. When I picked up my car, there were greasy finger-prints all over the door handle, trunk, and inside and outside of windshield. The steering wheel was also grimy, and the rearview mirror was in a totally different position, as was the seat. The moving of things I understand, but leaving greasy prints all over my vehicle, inside and out, is just unprofessional, and not how I expect the new car I purchased there to be treated. More
