Abby was helpful when salesman disappeared. Finance dept. was slow and slower. She wouldn't listen when I declined product after product and complained she was late to pick up her daughter. This dealership has changed owners several times over the past 35 years and I have remained a loyal customer and owning only Camrys. However, last week I was working with Daniel and found a great deal on a past 35 years and I have remained a loyal customer and owning only Camrys. However, last week I was working with Daniel and found a great deal on a like-new Nissan Murano. Could not be happier. Just waiting to set a time to pop out one dent and touch up a deep scratch. The people here were very helpful and kind! Everyone was very patient with us and worked with us and our budget. They gave us a great deal! Stephen and Debbie were great people to work with! The only critique is that the process of buying a car here (or maybe just in general at any dealership) sometimes felt like an inconvenience - carving out multiple hours for purchasing and having to pick it the car in a short time frame.
