We had a great & quick experience with buying our vehicle. We were not very happy with our original purchase, so we had to return it and get another one. However, the service plan and scheduled maint vehicle. We were not very happy with our original purchase, so we had to return it and get another one. However, the service plan and scheduled maintenance was not explained to us, at all. When we picked out our license plates, we received a text. The text was not clear about any requirements. When we arrived to get the plates, there was no one available to assist us. The building and office are not clearly marked, we were asked for DL & milage. We had to park at a separate building and walk, in the 100 degree heat, looking for the correct building. We didn't bring our DL and we were not driving that vehicle. This office should take some customer service lessons from the Sales office. More
