Had a 7:15 am appointment for an oil change. Arrived 10 minutes early. Almost 2 hours before it was finished. Arrived at my appointment at 9:30 for oil change. Gave my car to service guy. Went and waited in reception area. At 10:15 I looked up and saw my car parked on service drive. At 10:30 I saw my lights flash. I thought they were looking to find my car for service. Nothing occurred. At 10:45 i decided I had waited long enough and packed up to leave. At 10:50 I got a text that my car was complete and there was a video of my service. All the video had was a picture of my cabin filter with a caption looks good. Finally I got a text to come pay for my service. Why should it take almost 45 minutes to deliver car after service is complete? More
