The service aspect of the repair was fine, on schedule and quickly done. The problem is that I was quoted lower amounts for each of the services when I made my appointment. I was quoted $247 for spark plu and quickly done. The problem is that I was quoted lower amounts for each of the services when I made my appointment. I was quoted $247 for spark plugs, and the cost was $270. I was quoted $189 for an evaporator unit maintenance, And was charged $199. The agent was kind enough to lower the bill by $20, but I did not appreciate the discrepancy in quote versus what I was charged. would have to think long and hard before I return to the service center.
