It has gone down hill! Service department sucks!!! At this time I do not think we will be taking our Tundra or Avalon for maintenance to this dealership again. My husban Service department sucks!!! My husband (Joe Saucedo) took his truck with needing new breaks at the advice of this shop and came back in worse shape. There is a squeak when he backs up that you guys cannot find. My Avalon needs a break job but there is no way I will be going to this dealership to get that done. We might be done with purchasing Toyota's, especially at this dealership. More

I took my car in for an oil change I asked for a tire pressure check since it looked low and when I went to pick it up it was nearly flat. I was already on a wait list for the car I wanted (2023 Toyota Prius) at two dealerships, both of whom I had already put down $500 with. 4 months of nothing.
