I have been trying to get my second key fob for months now and have been given nothing but the run around. Poliana, the person I have been dealing with has been the least helpful person I think I have eve now and have been given nothing but the run around. Poliana, the person I have been dealing with has been the least helpful person I think I have ever dealt with. She has told me to come in Thursdays to catch their key guy. I get there on Thursday to get the key made and she runs off for so long that the guy left for the day. Then tells me she thinks he comes in Friday. She is no help at all and I recommend that if you have to deal with her, just ask to speak to someone else that can actually help or cares about what they are doing. Honestly the worst customer service I have ever seen. I cannot wait to be done dealing with this dealership because of her. More
