Avoid this dealership! I bought a Nissan Murano. I was told that it goes through an extensive check to make sure it's in good condition. I've had to take it in 3 times for I bought a Nissan Murano. The last repair I was told the warranty expired by a day and I will have to pay over $2000 for repair. What a lemon! In addition, the sales representative has failed to respond to numerous messages. No access to car loaner or rental if needed Car rental used to be available. Even loaners were available! Also, why cannot a VVT-I on a 2011 Yaris not be installed in a day shift. Autonation Toyota South Austin recently replaced a broken shift grommet for me on an old but clean and good condition Toyota Corolla. It took quite a while because the trans had to come out first. Car came from San Antonio missing two plate screws which I requested from my advisor Epi, but the service bay overlooked them. Once I get them I can put them on myself without any difficulty. Because they built a new Service building waiting for a finished job is a pleasure.. It is large and fresh regardless how many are waiting. Everyone has treated me with kindness, courtesy and professionalism. Toyotas are the best cars on the road; would not buy anything else.
