I've noticed that my local shop, which I like very much, is about the same cost as the Dealer now. So why not get the Toyota Warranty? I got a coolant flush and a Brake flush. The brakes actually feel bette is about the same cost as the Dealer now. So why not get the Toyota Warranty? I got a coolant flush and a Brake flush. The brakes actually feel better, less soft, this is because small air bubbles form in the fluid over time. Not enough to keep them from working but flushing them every 30k will certainly help them. Especially on bigger trucks like my 2014 Sequoia. These guys don't upsell. They work as fast as they can for such a busy shop... although quality is more important to me than speed. What they really need a taco truck! Closest food is an 18 minute walk. Considering how busy this area is... someone could make some bank selling breakfast! More

This service center does not keep customers informed about wait times with their vehicle, nor do they actually debrief once the service has finished. I received notification of a maintenance need via email after my oil change was done, but this was not brought to my attention to begin with. Not only that, but I waited over 2 hours for the oil change despite being one of the first people in the queue. When I arrived, the person intaking my vehicle did not give me their name so I did not know who to ask for when inquiring about my vehicle's status. My overall impression of this service center is that the staff lacks professionalism. More
