There was an initial confusion about service advisor assignment for me, and so I had to wait about 25-30 minutes before speaking to the correct advisor (Carl) and handing over the car. But Carl Sheidt took care of it well, after that. He is very friendly as well, and very helpful, with the billing and paperwork too. I waited in the lounge while the service was done. I was able to use the WiFi and work while waiting for 2 hours. Enjoyed some coffee in between as well. It was my first time bringing the Toyota Highlander here for service after purchasing it in November 2022, and had a positive experience. Would re-visit again and recommend to others as well. More

Not a great experience overall, it seems they were just trying to upsell me on stuff by the recommend by the mechanic and I took it somewhere for a second opinion and told me everything they were recommend trying to upsell me on stuff by the recommend by the mechanic and I took it somewhere for a second opinion and told me everything they were recommending was looking in good shape.
