I feel their timeliness and attention to detail is not as good as in the past. My appointment was for an oil/filter change at 10:45. After 1.5 hours, I noticed my car parked out front. I asked for my servic good as in the past. My appointment was for an oil/filter change at 10:45. After 1.5 hours, I noticed my car parked out front. I asked for my service rep and was told he was helping another customer but another individual in the office could assist. The assistant retrieved the invoice/keys so I assumed he was going to close out the invoice. Finally, at 1:15, 30 more minutes later, I received a call saying it was ready. Upon checkout, I was given invoice/keys only. I asked for the printout of the multi-point inspection and was told they don't give them out. How does a customer know what they found during the multi-point inspection if they don't provide proof. We have always received Form SR-ANNL-MPI, and we have been coming since 2008. I think they dropped customer service on this one! More

My experiences have been good. I routinely use them for an oil change and tire rotation, waiting about 1- 1.5 hours for that service. Take a lunch and get it done. My highlander was making a ‘thunk’ sound under the front. It was scary. Turns out the ‘strut’ was broken - a safety situation. We DID NOT go over any rocky road or bumps to make this break - guaranteed. It was scary. Turns out the ‘strut’ was broken - a safety situation. I would like to know why a new Highlander still under warranty had its strut broken. No response. More
