My highlander was making a ‘thunk’ sound under the front. It was scary. Turns out the ‘strut’ was broken - a safety situation. We DID NOT go over any rocky road or bumps to make this break - guaranteed. It was scary. Turns out the ‘strut’ was broken - a safety situation. I would like to know why a new Highlander still under warranty had its strut broken. No response. More

I had to take my car for a recall and chose AutoNation Toyota to do so. I am so glad I did - I was very happy with my new forever service guy, Carl, and I was happy with the work, with the time it took. Toyota to do so.
