AutoNation Toyota South Austin - Service Center

I do not like filling out surveys for every interaction I have with a retailer or service provider, but I must make an exception for the services provided by AutoNation Toyota and specifically service writer have with a retailer or service provider, but I must make an exception for the services provided by AutoNation Toyota and specifically service writer Art Gomez. I sent an email to Art about symptoms of my Prius, and he diagnosed the problem, estimated the time for repair and oversaw the entire process. He is really good at what he does. He keeps my car in tip top shape. I'm not anticipating any problems in the future, but I have a friend at AutoNation that makes dealing with the problem less of a hassle. Thanks, Art. More

Terrible experience. No communication with me at all. Couldn't talk to my service advisor. Each time I called I was transferred to voice mail.
