It took autonation nearly 3 days to diagnose the issues with my vehicle. The representative was friendly and did what he could to help the process and ease the situation but obviously there was some miscom with my vehicle. I waited in the lobby for 5-6 hours before I was told they would need to keep my car over night, and then I had to make the effort to continuously check on the progress of the diagnosis after almost 2 more whole days. The service center was so helpful and kind. I had to take my car in to get some issues resolved after buying it at a different Toyota location. I had to wait for quite a bit prior to getting the car in for servicing, all while I watched a lot of service people spending a lot of time moving cars around on the lot. All was good once we got in for service. Need to get the snack machine fixed. Loved that the sales people are in desks in the waiting room. They were quite helpful. I wanted to buy a RAV4 Prime and they shared that it would likely be a multi-year wait. More
