My experience with the service center was excellent with my latest visit. Art Gomez is the best. I have been seeing Art for maintenance on all of my vehicles for over 10 years. I have had 3 4-Runners and a my latest visit. Art Gomez is the best. I have been seeing Art for maintenance on all of my vehicles for over 10 years. I have had 3 4-Runners and a Nissan Altima. I could use other service centers, probably for less, but they nearly always get it right the first time. More
August 1, 2022, I had an appointment for routine 5k service. The customer lounge in the service area is sub-standard at best; from the furniture to the lack of complimentary snacks and beverages. What’ service. The customer lounge in the service area is sub-standard at best; from the furniture to the lack of complimentary snacks and beverages. What’s worse, the air conditioning was off. The doors were open and large fans were blowing hot air from outside the building. My biggest complaint here is that I wasn’t informed at drop off that the AC was out. I would have been nice to get an explanation and apology for this inconvenience. Not to mention, they could have provided cold bottles of water in the lounge, but there were none. While the service technician had me in and out in just over an hour, the rest of my customer experience was truly disappointing. More

This was my first time at the dealership, and it was very busy. The service representative was friendly and helpful; however, when he told me that the car was coming around and ready, I still waited for ove busy.
