I find it pointless to have an appointment to still have to be there 2 plus hours. I was notified by Auto Nation Toyota to schedule my oil change visit and was told it would be free. I was surprised that it would be free, but that is what I was told. I figured it was a nice offer y’all were offering, so I went ahead and scheduled it. Still had to wait over 2 hours and probably would have waited much longer if I hadn’t noticed my Highlander just sitting there. I had to be the one to tell my service adviser that my vehicle was ready. Art kept saying “are you sure that is your vehicle because my system does not indicate it’s ready?” It indeed was ready. I was also confused that I was charged even though I was told it would be free and me appointment confirmation email also indicates free oil change. The SA stated, “she probably thought you were under the 25k mileage. I still think the free service should have been honored but he still proceeded to bill me and asked me for payment. Very poor form as I have worked in banking for years and to have a happy customer and to ensure they stay with us and keep coming back, I would have at least gave the customer half off if I was not allowed to honor the free service. More

Went in for a oil and tire rotation. Mr. Rodriguez, was able to get me the full synthetic oil. My paper work from when I bought the 2021 1500 Rebel showed conventional oil only. I have been going to Autonation for service for years and with many different Toyota vehicles. My last service appointment went well but when I picked up the vehicle when it was finished right at closing ti with many different Toyota vehicles. My last service appointment went well but when I picked up the vehicle when it was finished right at closing time, the service manager tried to go over the multi-point inspection with me only to discover that the inspection never actually happened. Pretty disappointing to have to take his word that it was completed and all was good when there was not a single mark on the form. More
The service that I received from Jarod was exceptional. I have bought more than one Toyota from here and never had any problems with the purchases. In the meantime my RAV4 is now 16 years old, so the service department has kept her in tip-top shape.
