I took my car to the AutoNation service department to have them figure out why four of my indicator lights remained on. I was not having any problem driving the car. I was concerned with what could be have them figure out why four of my indicator lights remained on. I was not having any problem driving the car. I was concerned with what could be malfunctioning services my car has. Tony Do was my Service Advisor. He told me there would be a process involved in determining the source of the problem. He opined that there could be damage from chewed up wires. He asked me if there are a lot of squirrels where I live. Upon telling him yes he informed me that there would be a process in seeing if this was the case. It was. Tony said my car would need to be left overnight and worked on throughout the next day as the electrical system needed to be checked. He told me 3 p.m. would be the time my car would be ready ... it was ready an hour sooner. He quoted me a price for the repair ... it was $100 less. The work was done on time and it was done with care and professionalism. Tony Do is a credit to AutoNation's service department due to his thoroughness and attention to detail. More
