Josh (Lugnut) was amazing. Great car-salesman, seems like he actually liked us and wanted us to be happy with what we bought. We put a $1k deposit on a 4Runner coming in and had an issue with our insurance depositing money (pay out for a totaled vehicle) and they wanted to refund us the $1k and sell our held vehicle, instead of waiting one more day (the 4Runner was delivered Saturday night and we asked them to hold it an extra 24hrs till Tuesday) when we arrived the next day to finalize the finances they already had the 4Runner out front in the mix with the other new for sale vehicles, (according to them it was not for sale, but still out in front of the dealership) Overall customer focus was lacking, the dealership was more money/sale based focused…customer be damned. we had bought a 4Runner from them previously in 2021 and the experience was much better. Very disappointed. ***Editing this review because it has come to my attention that this review is for the salesman himself, and not the dealership as a whole. I want to reiterate that Josh was AWESOME! I have never had a better interaction with a car salesman. He was kind and excited for us, yet not pushy for a sale. He genuinely wanted us to get the car we wanted, and to love it. He was professional and friendly, and answered every question we asked him. I will definitely come back to Josh if I ever need to buy a new vehicle! More
