Less than ten days, 500 miles and purchasing an eighteen thousand dollar used vehicle one of the tires blew. The 120 point inspection report stated the breaks were at 5 milliliters. It appears the report was falsified. It was great doing business with AutoNation Toyota of Spokane. Missy was great to work with and even though she is fairly new, she found answers to any questions we had. Service appt confirmation text/email did not include the special rate for the oil change that was advertised on company webpage. Appt was made through the link on webpage advertising special price. I call special rate for the oil change that was advertised on company webpage. Appt was made through the link on webpage advertising special price. I called ahead of appt to verify the rate and if proof of special pricing was necessary. I was told no coupon proof was needed. When I arrive at appt time I was told that I needed proof of special coupon rate and had to to another web search on my phone to demonstrate the special rate advertising. Service took almost 2 hours for scheduled oil change. After leaving dealership I noticed a different oil (conventional) from that advertised (synthetic) was listed on invoice as being put in vehicle. I called the dealership to enquire what was actually put in the vehicle. Representative could not verify and stated he would call me back after checking with technician. By 1PM the next day no phone call had been received and I had to take an hour out of my day to drive to the dealership in order to resolve the issue with the invoice information. More
