Matt contacted me and told me he would help me resolve the paperwork issue. I received the paperwork 5 days after I was told it was in the mail. I sent it back the day after I received it and have revived no confirmation from anyone at appleway that you now have everything you need. I work night shift and email not telephone is the best way to reach me.

Unfortunately, after repeatedly trying to contact him by phone and email as he had requested we do, we have had absolutely no contact back from this customer via phone, email or any other form of communication. We have been given no opportunity by this customer to settle any concerns he may have encountered during his sales experience with us.
