The experience was as good as any I ever had. The salesman was outstanding, not high pressure or pushy. Would certainly recommend him and the dealership. The salesman was outstanding, not high pressure or pushy. Would certainly recommend him and the dealership. More
Jen Sweeney is amazing and the most patient person I know! She has been working with me for awhile now and I would not ever go anywhere else. know! She has been working with me for awhile now and I would not ever go anywhere else. More
Nick was really stellar. He checked in on us regularly and earned our business. Ken worked to make us the deal we needed to commit. He checked in on us regularly and earned our business. Ken worked to make us the deal we needed to commit. More

The vehicle was physically on the lot and available. We left the dealership only to confirm insurance premiums, fully intending to return and complete the purchase. I texted our salesperson whether we could place a deposit to hold the vehicle. I was told that AutoNation does not take deposits for vehicles already on the lot. However, we were assured that if anyone else expressed interest, we would receive a call. This morning at 9:00 a.m., which is when they opened, I called to schedule the purchase process—only to be informed that the vehicle had been sold the previous evening. No one contacted us, despite the explicit assurance that we would be notified if another buyer appeared to be interested. This experience was extremely frustrating, upsetting, and disappointing. We acted in good faith, relied on the dealership’s commitments, and were prepared to finalize the purchase. Instead, we were left feeling misled and disregarded. At a minimum, we expected transparent communication and the courtesy of a phone call before the vehicle was sold. More
