David Merkle has been "our" guy since the first time we brought our Highlander in to be serviced. He always explains what is going to be done and always has the service done in a timely manner. I brought my Rav4 in for maintenance service on March 30, 2023, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Mike Royce took the time to answer all of my questions about the services to be done on 2023, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Mike Royce took the time to answer all of my questions about the services to be done on my vehicle and arranged a convenient, after hours pick-up plan since I couldn't return before the service department closed. The work was completed before the estimated time, and Mike reviewed everything with me over the phone. I have always received excellent service at AutoNation Toyota, and this time was no different!
