David Merkle has been "our" guy since the first time we brought our Highlander in to be serviced. He always explains what is going to be done and always has the service done in a timely manner. Friendly and prompt service. However, when I received my car back it had scrapes and mud on the inside where someone drug their muddy shoes across the car. I obviously can clea However, when I received my car back it had scrapes and mud on the inside where someone drug their muddy shoes across the car. I obviously can clean the mud but they permanently scratched the plastic on the entry of my car. :-( I have pictures I can share if needed. More

I brought my Rav4 in for maintenance service on March 30, 2023, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Mike Royce took the time to answer all of my questions about the services to be done on 2023, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Mike Royce took the time to answer all of my questions about the services to be done on my vehicle and arranged a convenient, after hours pick-up plan since I couldn't return before the service department closed. The work was completed before the estimated time, and Mike reviewed everything with me over the phone. I have always received excellent service at AutoNation Toyota, and this time was no different! This particular service visit was very frustrating. I checked in a little early, and all went well. The service was to take 1-2 hours, depending upon what was found. After 2.5 hours, I went back to I checked in a little early, and all went well. The service was to take 1-2 hours, depending upon what was found. After 2.5 hours, I went back to the service desk to check on the delay. I learned the car had been ready for almost an hour. The service rep said he had been too busy processing new arrivals to let me know it was ready. Needless to say, I think this was inexcusable. More
