Great job! 5 stars for sure! While in Seattle for a short 4 day vacation the check engine light came on. I stopped at a local Toyota dealer and after 45 minut 5 stars for sure! I stopped at a local Toyota dealer and after 45 minutes of initial diagnostics they told me they were not sure of the issue but assured me it was safe to drive back to Spokane. I called Autonation in Spokane Valley, they got me in the same day and in very short order discovered a clogged evao valve. It was purged fixing the issue. There was no additional charge over the standard diagnostic cost and I was on my way! More

All of the work I requested was completed and with the Costco participating discount I could not be more pleased. Matt contacted me the next morning to let me know what the VSC code was and that the vehicle was ready for pickup. I was impressed with his honesty and genuine concern for quality. Well done! More

Amazing! !!! I'm a teacher and trying to find a time to schedule service is difficult, but I was able to get an appointment the day after I called. When I arr !!! I'm a teacher and trying to find a time to schedule service is difficult, but I was able to get an appointment the day after I called. When I arrived, Matt Keller must have been expecting me because greeted me by name. I was 20 minutes early, and he was helping an older lady, and was both so patient with her and kept apologizing and thanking me for waiting. He took the time to look at a windshield wiper issue I was having and helped me determine what the problem might be. When my oil change was done, he came out and shared comments from a multipoint inspection, and was clear that they could not find a record of any of the services needed. (I actually purchased the car used about four years ago, so everything he showed me made sense for my 2008 RAV4). He also took the time to prioritize what should be done, the order, and why. . . and what could happen if I don't "eventually" take care of things. We agreed on two priorities that could be done immediately and not take up any more of my time. After the car was ready, we discussed the remaining items and how long it would take. . . he truly recognized that as a teacher, my time is not only valuable but limited. The best part is I grew up working on cars. . .and as a female, I hate when men assume I don't know anything. I have always been treated respectfully at AutoNation Toyota and will continue to take my vehicle there for service. More
