I have purchased 2 vehicles from Autonation Toyota. 1 pre owned and one new. Normaly buying cars is not a pleasant experience due to the games that are played. As with many other people I was interested in purchasing a new Toyota Tacoma. With today’s shortage on new cars and trucks it would be a nearly impossible task. We went through the Costco Program and we’re referred to Auto Nation Toyota. The transaction of trading in a much older Infinity for a 2021 Corolla was pretty seamless. Our salesman Michael Mazzarella went through the whole process with us from start to finish. Our finance person - Mr. Bailey (forgot his first name) was very seamless and quick. Before we knew it - we were on our way out within a few hours. Michael our sales rep contacted us a few days later to make sure everything was okay. I had a few questions - abd he answered them all. Michael told us that his job didn’t end once we drove off the lot- which was refreshing to hear. One cool thing about going through the Costco auto program - is that they contacted us to see how things went before, during and after the sale. Costco auto program also reminded us that we get 15% off all services and parts for all we vehicles we own for as long as we are a Costco executive member. Everything went well. More
