This review is of the service department in a no-way reflects sales or other aspects of their business. I've been into use the service department several times. I don't think I've had a single clean and easy experience. Each time I visit, inevitably something is left incomplete such as not resetting the service needed indicator light and needing to return for an additional visit to reset, missing the oil change sticker, not completing one of the requested tasks, unable to provide communication from the service agent to the service technician to address a.spexific assessment request, etc. It would be nice if they did a light vacuum, wash windshields, or any other light but noticeable added value. Maybe the service technicians themselves are good? But after working with numerous service representatives, I leave disappointed every time. Location is good. Building is always clean and easily accessible. Overall, I wouldn't trust this dealership over any other. They don't seem to work cohesively across departments. Maybe there are some major strengths that I haven't experienced yet, but thus far have been disappointed. More

I had an appointment at 10 am on January 5th and had to wait for 4 and half hours for my car service to be done. I installed new TPMS sensors from discount tire but the TPMS sensor light won't go off. Made wait for 4 and half hours for my car service to be done. I installed new TPMS sensors from discount tire but the TPMS sensor light won't go off. Made an appointment with Toyota dealership but the technician couldn't fix the issue. Instead slove problems the technician suggested install OEM TPMS sensors from the dealer (which will cost me $900). I went back to discount tire to get a refund ($260 for installing TPMS sensors). Luckily I get to talk to manager and he was be able to fix the TPMS sensor light within 10 minutes. The Toyota dealership charged me $101 for checking TPMS sensors and took a long time to figure it out what was wrong with my car TPMS sensor light. Doesn't Toyota technician supposed to be trained to fix their own car's problems? I believe Toyota dealership charge higher service fees for their quality technician skills and efficiency. I am very disappointed with Toyota dealership professionalism. More
Never had a bad experience with Autonation Toyota. Service team is welcoming, communicative, and have been able to make services work along budgetary needs.
